Do I need to have an account to shop with you?

Yes, creating an account allows you to order without entering your details every time. You can sign up now or during checkout.

How do I sign up/create an account at Noorampret?

Click on Sign In > Create an Account and fill in your details. Need help? Contact our customer service hotline.

I forgot my password; how can I retrieve it?

Click on Forgot Password on the Sign In page, enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

How can I edit/update my account details?

Sign in and go to My Account. There, you can update your personal information.

How can I edit/update my shipping and billing addresses?

Sign in > My Account > Update your addresses.
Note: For a placed order, contact customer service immediately to request a change (if order processing has not started).

How will I know if Noorampret has received my order?

You'll receive an order confirmation email once we receive it.
Orders ship after payment approval.

I didn't receive an order summary. What should I do?

Check your junk/spam folder first.
If not received within 15 minutes, your order wasn’t successful. Please reorder.

There’s a missing item in my order. What should I do?

How do I view my order details and history?

Sign in to My Account > Order History > Click on the order to see details.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email after dispatch.

Can I cancel my order?

Once placed, orders cannot be canceled easily.
If cancellation is requested and possible, a 50% processing fee applies.

Can I amend my order?

No. Size, color, or payment method cannot be changed once an order is placed.

Can I add items to an existing order?

No, combining or editing orders after placement is not possible.

My order was canceled due to online security. Will I be charged?

No payment is charged if an order is canceled for security reasons. If a charge appears, it will be reversed.

I tried to check out, but the item disappeared from my cart?

Until you complete the checkout, items are not reserved and can be bought by others.

What is online security fraud screening?

It's a preventive measure to protect customers from fraudulent credit card transactions.

Why might I need to send personal information?

For payment verification.
We suggest sending scanned or clear photographed documents via email to avoid delays.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. We keep your data confidential and only accessible to authorized staff.

Will I receive a security email every time I order?

Normally not. Only when using a new card, billing address, or shipping address.

Will security checks delay my delivery?

It depends on how quickly you respond and verify the requested information.

What happens if I don't respond to the security email?

Your order will be automatically canceled if we don’t receive your documents on time.


Shipping Restrictions

Are there any restricted areas?

We cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • Military/protected areas
    Before ordering, please check your country's import laws and restrictions.

Note:
Any shipping failure costs (like returns) due to restrictions are the customer's responsibility.

Undeliverable Packages

What happens if the address is incorrect?

Packages are returned if the address is incorrect or outdated.
Please double-check your shipping details during checkout.

How is delivery processed?

Two delivery attempts are usually made. A signature may be required.

Tip:
Provide a correct and reachable contact number (with country and area code).

What if the order is intended as a gift?

Inform the recipient beforehand to avoid package refusal.
Undeliverable package charges will apply.
